Dear Parent/Guardian:
Your child has chosen to participate in after school badminton. The cost is $30.00; please send
cash or cheque payable to: Buck Mountain Central School, along with the attached consent
form signed. Please keep this information notice.
After school Practice Times 3:30-5:30
Gr. 7, 8, 9 Monday, March 19 th , Tuesday, April 3 rd , Thursday, April 5 th , Monday, April 9 th ,
Thursday, April 12 th , Tuesday, April 17 th , Tuesday, April 24 th
Gr. 9 Wednesdays 3:30-5:00pm with high school
*optional morning practices 8:00-8:45am
March 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21
April 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 24

The season concludes with the Annual Tri-County Tournament in Drayton Valley Friday,
April 27th , 9:30am-5:00pm. 

Grade 7 students - St. Anthony School
Grade 8 students – H.W. Pickup School
Grade 9 students – Holy Trinity Academy

Tournament day departure from BMC 8:30am expected return 6:00pm (school van). Some
parents may be required to drive as our van capacity is 24 passengers. Please be at the school
by 8:15am. Athletes must have shorts, t-shirts and CLEAN indoor shoes (preferably court
shoes) to change in to. Please pack a water bottle and a large lunch full of healthy snacks
including fruits and vegetables so athletes can eat throughout the day, as matches start at
9:30am and may go to 5:00pm or beyond. We will plan to stop at Tim Horton’s on the way out
of town.
