Buck Mountain Central School Athletic Banquet

Buck Mountain Central School recognizes that there is a direct correlation between athletics and academic achievement. We have worked diligently to provide the students of Buck Mountain Central with ample opportunities in both areas.  For the past 20 years, we have boasted winning teams in all levels of sport including League, Zone and Provincial Competitions. We are very proud of the athletic excellence in our school!  

While our school population is small, we have, up to this point, been able to offer team play in various discipline areas (football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, track & field, and cheerleading) as we feel that these programs are vital to student physical health, as well as giving students a sense of achievement and success.

To celebrate our teams, the coaches of Buck Mountain Central will be hosting an Athletic Banquet and Silent Auction on June 11, 2019.  This gives opportunity to show pride in our school athletes, honour both individual and team successes, and to thank parents for their continued support of athletic excellence.

The Athletic Banquet meal will start at 5:00 p.m. with a cost of $10 per person.  The meal will be spaghetti and meat sauce, garlic toast, ceasar salad and skor desert.  

The Awards portion will start at 6:00 p.m.

Everyone is welcome, regardless if you are on a sports team or not.  We would love see you and your family out at the event!
