On June 21, 2022, students and staff at Buck Mountain will be celebrating National Indigenous Peoples Day with students and staff from Falun Elementary, and Pigeon Lake Regional School. Students and Staff from BMC will be bussed to Falun, where there will be teepee raising, storytelling, a round dance, and a soup and bannock luncheon. The buses will depart BMC at 9:00am, after attendance is taken, and leave Falun at 2:00pm in order to make it back for the regularly scheduled 3:18pm buses home.
