Riley Johnson, a running back/receiver from Buck Mountain Central School, was asked to try out for the annual North vs. South 6-Man Football All-Star game. He was selected and was easily one of the game's stars. From that game, he was selected to represent Alberta in the 1st ever Saskatchewan vs. Alberta All-Star game, which Alberta won. He again had an outstanding camp and game and was selected to represent Canada at the 24th annual CanAm Bowl vs. an All-Star team from the United States.  The CanAm Bowl is a 6-man all-star game that showcases the USA (Montana, Nebraska, Wyoming, & Texas) against Canada (Saskatchewan & Alberta). Players selected to represent their country must be a high school graduate of the current year in which the game is played and have played at least their grade 12 year as a member of a 6-man football program. This year's game was held on the 4th of July in Lambert, Montana. Though Canada lost the game, Riley had a strong game, switching to defensive back. Congratulations to Riley on his excellent season and good luck in school this year.
